DWP have linked up with Essex County Council to help Employers learn how to be Disability Confident. They are working with Employers to:

• change attitudes towards disability,
• increase understanding of disability
• remove barriers to disabled people and those with long term health conditions in employment
• ensure that disabled people have the opportunities to fulfil their potential and realise their aspirations.

A ‘Be Disability Confident’ bus will be parked in the Tesco’s car park in Edinburgh Way between 10.00am and

4.00pm today (Wed) and tomorrow.
