Funding
The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner’s vision for Essex is to ensure that safe and secure communities are the bedrock on which we build success and well-being for all. To support this they have created the Community Safety Development Fund. This £300,000 fund offers grants of up to £20,000 for community projects that help to prevent and tackle crime and anti-social behaviour in Essex.

Essex Community Foundation are pleased to be working with Anglian Water to support charities in Essex.

Grants of up to £5,000 are available for community and voluntary organisations helping people during the pandemic that are shielding or suffering from financial hardship, homelessness, or isolation.

On 3rd August Lloyds Bank Foundation will open new COVID-19 funding to support charities to recover beyond the immediate crisis.

The COVID-19 emergency fund is changing
If you’re planning to apply for the Government allocation of funding to the Coronavirus Community Support Fund (CCSF), you must apply by 12 noon on 17 August 2020, when this fund will close.
