June 2010 saw the opening of our new Bariatric Centre and Head Office in Harlow. This 16,000 square feet complex dedicated to Bariatric Products is the only one in the country to combine a dedicated showroom, warehouse, decontamination suite, training room and administrative support.
Our principal customers include NHS trusts countrywide, PCTs and Community facilities.
Our philosophy is to achieve a seamless interaction with you, our clients. This is why we offer a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week service, 365 days a year, with NO call-centres. Every call is taken by our own staff.
We have our own fleet of vehicles and our staff will not just deliver the product, but will give any necessary equipment training, and even remain to provide support during patient transfer if required.
